10X the Power of Your Google Reviews!

Hi Service Pros!

Let's 10x the power the good word of mouth for your business! We are going to transform you reviews into powerful marketing assets using Ai and Canva to speed up the process!

Then we are going to distribute these in a series of power moves in our mission to promote your services to more people in your community!

Ok, Game faces on Lets Play!

Alright here's the play by play to get anyone that doesn't know about reviews up to speed.

You should be consistently asking to receive reviews on platforms like Trust pilot and Google. Simple questions like, “Are you happy with everything we did today?” open the door for feedback from your customers and provide you an opportunity to ask for a review.

Explain the importance of reviews. Let your customers know their feedback improves your services and benefits the community. A pitch like, “Your feedback online helps us connect with more people in our local area, we are a local first business and support people by providing excellent plumbing services”. It's effective and grounded, so play with a version that is authentic to your business and you!

Ok now time to hit the ground running, Don't have reviews? Go get some!

Today is about taking your hundreds and hundreds of positive customer reviews and turning them into new assets that can be used on different channels!

How can we take our review onto other platforms or channels?

See where I'm going here, I want you to take the good word and share it where ever your customers can see it!

So here is how you can 10x the impact of your google reviews and distribute them with my social media winning play.

I'm going to show you how to batch create testimonial graphics you can schedule across social media! Its simple, fast and effective. In one day you can have enough graphic testimonial content to post for a whole year!

Step one take your review data.

Step Two, put it into chat GPT ask it to create you a spreadsheet with columns named x, x, x, y, x

Step 3: Ask Chat GPT to generate a quote, taken from the original review.

Step 4: Ask chat to input the field for the name.

Export csv.

Now lets go into Canva! Batch Create:

Take your Canva Graphics and export them!

If your using apps like Canva pro you can schedule content directly from here or use another scheduler, or manually post your content.

Hot Tip: Turns out you can achieve better engagement by manually posting your content, creating a calendar schedule to remind you and taking pre prepared content to socials that way. Schedulers may not be the best solution for you small and medium businesses.

That is something for you to work out, I want to help you with the tactical plays that get results!

Its time to execute the winning play, the power move for distributing our graphic testimonial content!

Ever heard of scale the unscalable? Well this is where we seperate the novice from the pros! These next steps take time, but I assure you will be more powerfull then a review on its own and have greater impact then posting it on your social channel by itself.

Post and Share on your channels, and prearrange your client to share the post with another addition of kind words on their channel. This works effectively on Linkedin and Facebook for text based post.

You can also ask your clients to share a video of them retelling the experience of working with you and you can share this with your graphic content post. The UGC (User Generated Content) is incredibly powerful. More so then the Graphic Post itself.

It's time to run service pros, see you next week. 👋🏼
